How it works

• Parents and/or legal guardians are invited to either drop off or upload a recent photograph of their baby/child or family. Are you pregnant?  Send those pictures too...include just you or the whole family.  No professional photographs will be accepted.  Click here to view drop off locations.  Photograph must have been taken within the last 2 months.
• Each entrant is asked to make a donation of 2 non-perishable food items or an unused toy OR donate $10.00 to the Salvation Army.
• At the end of each month (November – April), a panel of judges will choose two photographs from the entries (one for the New Parent Resource Guide and one for the School Age Resource Guide). Entries will be disqualified if a donation is not received by this time.  All other photographs will carry forward to the next month - giving you a possible 6 chances to win.
• The monthly winners will receive a free photo shoot with one of our exceptional photographers. Winners will also receive a photo keepsake from The Memory Keeper.  This package is valued at over $750.00.  Click here to view prizes.
• The same panel of judges will choose one photo from each photo shoot to be entered in the final "Cover Photo Contest" at parentguide.ca for the month of June 2010.
• The public will be invited to VOTE for their favourite cover photo in June.
• The winning photograph will be used on the cover of the New Parent Resource Guide or School Age Resource Guide 2011.
• All other photographs will be used by Parent Guide Inc. and parentguide.ca for a special project to launch their 10th year in business.
